Qualifications

• Formally credit trained with experience and judgment in credit decisions and analysis.
• Minimum ten years’ experience with limited supervision.
• Ability to grasp C&I, C&D, and CRE concepts and structures.
• Ability to prepare comprehensive, cohesive, detailed written analysis and narrative.
• Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills.
• Familiar with PCs and Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management and oversight with senior lenders and risk staff.
• Analyze financials of existing relationships and prepare memos and approvals.
• Review loan documents to ensure alignment with terms and covenants.
• Monitor financial covenants and reporting as required by loan agreements.
• Coordinate with Credit Officers, Credit Administrators, and Loan Review teams.
• Prepare and present analyses to lenders and senior management.
• Assist with audits and risk reviews and remediation steps.
