Responsibilities

• Monitor Commercial Loan portfolio and annual reviews; track missing paperwork.
• Verify flood insurance coverage and coordinate force placements as needed.
• Ensure correct interest payments and proper fee rebates with Lending Partner.
• Prepare data extracts for HMDA, CRA, LID and call reports; attend MBL Committee.
• Maintain loan portfolio tickers and coordinate with borrowers and partners for updates.
• Assist with audits, document collection, and electronic filing of loan documents.
• Respond to member inquiries and escalate complex issues to improve turnaround times.
