Yoh Services LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Lending Operations Specialist in Plano, TX. The role focuses on preparing and reviewing commercial loan documents, data entry, and coordinating with borrowers, legal counsel, and internal teams to close and fund loans.

The ideal candidate will have a accounting/finance background, 1–3+ years of experience, and strong Excel/Outlook skills. This onsite position requires approximately four days in the office and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of relevant professional experience; more experienced candidates are welcome.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy and follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, review, and processing of commercial loan documentation.
• Assist with loan boarding, system updates, and data entry into lending platforms.
• Coordinate with borrowers, legal counsel, loan officers, and other teams to support closings and funding.
• Verify insurance requirements and ensure documentation is received and maintained.
• Assist with updating loan risk ratings and system flags.
• Support construction lending activities and review related reports and documents.
• Assist with review and processing of construction loan draws and disbursements.
• Monitor service levels and follow up with internal and external parties to keep transactions moving.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with procedures.
• Take on additional operational and administrative responsibilities as needed.

Commercial Lending Operations Specialist

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Lending Operations Specialist to support a financial services organization’s loan operations team. This position is ideal for someone with an accounting, finance, legal, or lending-related background who enjoys working with documentation, data, and multiple stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is organized, highly accurate, comfortable working with loan-related documentation, and willing to take on hands-on administrative and data entry responsibilities. Candidates with commercial lending, construction lending, captive finance, or dealership finance exposure are especially encouraged to apply, although this experience is not required.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the preparation, review, and processing of commercial loan documentation.
• Assist with loan boarding, system updates, and accurate data entry into lending platforms
• Coordinate with borrowers, legal counsel, commercial loan officers, operations, and other internal teams to support loan closings and funding
• Verify insurance requirements and ensure necessary documentation is received and maintained
• Assist with updating loan risk ratings, system flags, and other required loan information
• Support construction lending activities, including reviewing reports and documentation from third-party construction monitors, contractors, and title companies
• Assist with the review and processing of construction loan draws, disbursements, and revolving credit activity
• Help monitor service levels and follow up with internal and external parties to keep transactions moving
• Maintain accurate records and documentation while ensuring work is completed in accordance with established procedures.
• Take on additional operational and administrative responsibilities as business needs require.

What We're Looking For

Required

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent college education
• Background in Accounting, Finance, Legal, Lending, or a related field
• Approximately 1-3+ years of relevant professional experience; more experienced candidates are also welcome
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and follow-through
• Comfortable performing data entry and working with detailed documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders
• Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and lending procedures

Nice to Have

• Experience with commercial lending or commercial real estate lending
• Exposure to construction loans or construction lending operations
• Captive finance or dealership finance experience
• Familiarity with loan servicing or loan origination systems
• Experience working with legal, compliance, risk, treasury, or finance teams

Work Environment

This is a highly collaborative, onsite position requiring approximately 4 days in the office, with additional onsite time as business needs dictate. Candidates should be local and comfortable commuting to the office when required.

The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in producing thorough, accurate, high-quality work and is comfortable balancing detailed administrative responsibilities with coordination across multiple teams.

Estimated Min Rate: $24.50

Estimated Max Rate: $35.00
