Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support Commercial Loan Officers in servicing and managing business customers and loan portfolios.
• Prepare and process loan applications, approvals, and closing documents with customers and third parties.
• Review loan documentation and gather required closing documents.
• Review documents for errors and ensure terms are accurate.
• Manage past-due commercial loan accounts and resolve customer issues.
• Assist customers with banking needs by coordinating with other departments (accounts, wires, etc.).
