Qualifications

• Experience with or aptitude for loan documentation, closing practices, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Uphold brand standards and deliver top-level member service in every interaction.
• Coordinate business account openings, account maintenance, and treasury onboarding with branches.
• Assist lenders and act as liaison to branch personnel and members.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable laws and policies; complete compliance training.
