Responsibilities

• Review approved credit requests to pinpoint pre-close conditions and due diligence needs.
• Order and review due diligence items such as title, UCC searches, flood determinations, and appraisals.
• Coordinate closing dates with attorneys, title companies, customers, CRM, and LOA.
• Prepare and review closing documents and settlement statements for accuracy.
• Provide final approval for closing once all conditions are satisfied.
• Assist with initial disbursement and ensure proper documentation is loaded.
