Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• Familiarity with lending regulations and compliance preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for the commercial lending team.
• Assist customers with the loan application process and collect required documents.
• Track and organize loan files to ensure compliance and timely closings.
• Communicate with lenders, realtors, attorneys, and customers to keep the process moving.
• Prepare disclosures and reports to monitor applications and maturities.
