Knowledge & Skills

Key Duties, Activities and Responsibilities

• Originate, manage, and grow a diverse portfolio of commercial relationships in the $200k-$2mllion range.
• Work directly with business owners and decision-makers to provide customized financing solutions.
• Analyze and underwrite commercial loan requests in accordance with bank policy and regulatory standards.
• Manage all aspects of the credit process, from origination and analysis through closing and ongoing portfolio management.
• Partner with credit analysts, portfolio managers, and senior management to ensure sound credit decisions.
• Monitor loan performance and proactively manage potential risks or problem credits.
• Actively participate in community events and business networking to build visibility and new business leads.

Work Experience, Skills and Education Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
