Samsung Electronics America is seeking a Director/Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial to support Home Entertainment and Digital Appliances. You will draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, advise on regulatory and privacy issues, and align with business teams to drive compliant sales and distribution strategies.

You will lead negotiations with counterparties, manage outside counsel, and provide proactive legal risk guidance across ecommerce and consumer electronics initiatives.

Qualificações

• Juris Doctorate from an Accredited US law school and 8–10 years of legal practice.
• Active membership in a US state bar with ability to become Texas in-house counsel.
• Experience supporting consumer electronics, home appliances, retail, B2B sales, marketing, or ecommerce teams.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements including retail and B2B terms.
• Provide guidance on regulatory, privacy, and FTC issues affecting commercial transactions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to manage large-scale matters and disputes.
