Job Overview

The purpose of the Commercial Management Trainee's position is to acquire management skills (leadership, teambuilding, interpersonal), technical skills (customer service, negotiation, outside sales, marketing, purchasing, product development) and contribute to the organization through projects to improve processes, quality, or service. The trainee participates in an intensive 12‑month program that includes rotational assignments across various segments of the site and on‑the‑job training. Upon completion the trainee is prepared for a leadership role.
