Nutramax Laboratories offers the Commercial Development Program (CDP), a premier two-to-three-year leadership development path for early-career sales and marketing professionals. Participants rotate through Inside Sales and Marketing roles, earning a foundation in veterinary sciences, and relocate to Lancaster, SC with relocation assistance.

The program focuses on building commercial skills, leadership, and cross-functional experience, with several pathways into field sales or in-house marketing

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s Degree in business, business management, marketing, sales leadership or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel 50% of the time for FSS and RSM positions.
Demonstrated digital acumen and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

Participate in the Commercial Development Program and rotate through Inside Sales and Marketing tracks.
Develop territory and drive sales growth within assigned accounts.
Support regional sales and marketing initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
