ASR Group is seeking participants for its Commercial Development Program (CDP), a 3-year rotation program across several core commercial areas, including Corporate Development and Global Sugars Group. You will rotate through teams, handling high-visibility projects and building broad business knowledge.

The program requires an MBA or equivalent and 2+ years of full-time work experience. Relocation is expected across multiple ASR locations during the program.

Responsibilities

• Join separate ASR teams each year and work with senior leadership on high-profile projects.
• Rotations may include Financial Planning & Analysis, Sustainability, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Corporate Development, and Global Sugars Group.
• Each rotation lasts ~12 months; participate in due diligence and strategic transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships and greenfield projects.
