Scorpion Therapeutics is offering a two-year Commercial Leadership Development Program (CLDP) designed to develop future leaders for pharma commercial functions. The program includes three rotational assignments across marketing, sales, operations, and market access, with emphasis on strategic initiatives, cross-functional partnership, and data-driven decision making.

Participants will contribute to launch planning, execute initiatives, and present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical marketing or sales.
• Solid understanding of healthcare industry dynamics.
• Strong collaboration, project management, and adaptability skills.
