ASR Group invites applications for its Commercial Development Program (CDP), a 3-year rotation through Corporate Development, Global Sugars Group, and Marketing to develop future commercial leaders. Participants will move across functions, tackle high-visibility projects, and relocate as rotations require, gaining broad exposure to ASR's business segments.

Responsibilities

• Corporate Development rotation: conduct industry research, financial analysis and due diligence for strategic transactions.
• Global Sugars Group rotation: understand commodity trading, buying/selling, supply chain planning and risk management.
• Marketing rotation: assess market trends, needs and structure, and conduct competitive analysis across product lines.
