Job summary

Lawn Doctor is seeking a Commercial Lawn Care Lead in Summerville, SC to guide and perform commercial lawn care treatments. This hands-on role requires independent work, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards on client properties.

You’ll operate and maintain equipment, document services, and mentor field technicians while delivering dependable, high‑quality results for commercial accounts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in lawn care, turf management, landscaping, or commercial property maintenance preferred.
• Experience operating commercial lawn care equipment is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned commercial routes efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to follow written instructions, product labels, and safety procedures.
• Pesticide applicator certification preferred or willingness to obtain required licensing.

• Maintain a professional appearance and represent Lawn Doctor positively while servicing commercial properties.
• Assist with training and guiding other field technicians as needed.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and customer service expectations.
