• 2+ years of account management or operations experience in commercial landscaping.
• Experience managing crews, client relationships and multiple properties.
• Strong communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance operations and scheduling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and maintain proactive communication.
• Oversee daily field operations, scheduling, and crew performance.
• Conduct site visits, quality inspections, and ensure service standards.
• Coordinate foremen, maintenance crews, and irrigation technicians.
• Manage proposals, service reports, and project documentation.
• Ensure crews follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Review labor hours, overtime, and operational reporting.
• Source materials, coordinate vendors, and manage purchase orders.
