Job summary

FrankCrum Staffing seeks a Maintenance Production Manager to lead daily field operations for commercial landscaping projects. You will supervise Foremen and crews, manage production schedules, ensure safety and quality, and maintain client satisfaction.

Strong experience in commercial landscaping and a proven ability to coordinate labor, equipment, and routines across multiple crews is required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in commercial landscaping, grounds maintenance, or related field operations.
• Proven experience managing multiple crews in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of landscape maintenance operations and production management.
• Experience with Aspire, Greenius, or similar operational software preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach, train, and develop high-performing teams.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Foremen, Crew Leaders, and landscape maintenance teams
• Oversee daily and weekly production schedules to ensure efficient operations
• Monitor and maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards
• Recruit, train, develop, and mentor field personnel
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and operational resources
• Manage work orders, scheduling, and reporting using platforms such as Aspire
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal leadership
• Review project plans, schedules, and production timelines
• Identify operational challenges and implement proactive solutions
• Drive team accountability and continuous improvement initiatives
