Complete Landscaping Services, part of Monarch Landscape Companies, seeks a Commercial Landscape - Project Manager in Quantico, MD to lead planning, estimating and execution of landscape projects, while serving as the primary client contact.

Success relies on building strong client relationships, delivering projects on time and on budget, and identifying enhancement opportunities to drive retention, contract growth, and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Construction/Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of regional plant material and landscape applications.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on field experience in estimating, design-build, or project management.
• Proven experience in landscape construction, installation, and irrigation systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for high‑level client and project issues.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
• Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business goals and property needs.
• Conduct site walkthroughs with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure client expectations are clearly communicated and consistently met.
