Job summary

Complete Landscaping Service, part of Monarch Landscape Companies, is seeking an Area Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple accounts in Quantico, MD. You will drive exceptional service, client satisfaction, crew development, and operational excellence while managing budgets and safety.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, 5+ years in a similar role, and strong leadership. A company vehicle and a comprehensive benefits package are included in a hybrid environment where

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a related landscape/maintenance management role.
• Commercial property management and HOA boards experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license; pesticide & CLT licenses or ability to obtain within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact for day-to-day site issues.
• Conduct site walk-throughs with clients and company representatives.
• Ensure services meet contract specifications, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for maintenance, irrigation upgrades, and enhancements.
• Lead and develop a team of 15–20 employees; manage staffing and payroll accuracy.
• Monitor safety compliance and enforce site safety protocols.
• Meet or exceed annual sales goals and maintain CRM records.
