Addison Group is seeking a Business Development Specialist for the Southlake, TX area. This full-time role focuses on growing the commercial services footprint through consultative, solution-based selling and lasting client relationships.

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with uncapped commission potential and robust support from a seasoned leadership team. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of B2B outside sales with proven quotas.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and develop new commercial accounts in the territory.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, site visits, proposals, negotiations, close.
• Forecast sales, manage pipeline, and track KPIs in Salesforce.
