Emanouil Brothers Inc. is seeking a Commercial Landscape Construction Foreman to lead on-site crews on high‑quality commercial landscaping and hardscaping projects in Chelmsford, MA.

You will ensure work is completed on time, to spec, and above client expectations, while keeping the crew motivated and efficient. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of landscape construction experience with leadership skills, strong communication, and the ability to read plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape construction, with leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to lead crews and deliver projects on schedule with high quality.
• Working knowledge of landscape construction tools, techniques, and safety standards.
• Strong ability to read plans and follow project layouts.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• OSHA 10 Certification required (or willingness to obtain).
• Hoisting License preferred (negotiable depending on candidate).
• Valid driver’s license (must be insurable).
• No formal education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscape construction crew on commercial job sites
• Execute landscape and hardscape construction plans with precision and attention to detail
• Take direction from Project Managers and ensure timely execution of project milestones
• Communicate effectively with crew members to maintain productivity and morale
• Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools as needed
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard‑free work environment
• Ensure materials are used efficiently and report any shortages or issues
• Complete required documentation and project reports
• Foster a team environment built on respect, quality, and accountability
