This role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and on-site leadership to deliver exceptional outdoor spaces. We value five or more years in hardscape installation, grading and masonry knowledge, and the physical stamina to work in varying weather.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hardscape installation experience.
• Knowledge of grading and masonry.
• Ability to work safely and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform physical duties (stand, lift up to 50 lbs).
• Licensing and certifications such as driver’s license, DOT card are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a landscape construction crew on projects from prep to finish.
• Ensure safety and efficiency on worksites and manage crew workloads.
• Coordinate tasks under the Construction Field Operations Manager.
• Mentor team members and enforce quality standards on all installations.
• Communicate progress, risks, and needs to supervision.
