Job summary

Teufel Landscape in Redmond, WA is seeking an experienced Commercial Landscape Construction Project Manager to join our team. Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial landscape construction projects or equivalent commercial construction work.
• Strong understanding of plans, specs, contracts, schedules, budgets, and project documentation.
• Working knowledge of landscape construction operations including labor, materials, equipment and subcontractors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong financial understanding to monitor costs, forecasts and profitability.
• Ability to build productive relationships with field teams, contractors, customers, vendors and internal partners.
• Excellent organization, communication, problem-solving and follow-through.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial landscape construction projects from turnover through completion and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and production plans.
• Monitor project costs, labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project priorities with Superintendents and field leadership.
• Review plans, specs, contracts, scopes of work, and project requirements.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, purchase orders and other project documentation.
• Identify scope changes and ensure additional work is documented, priced, and communicated.
• Maintain relationships with general contractors, owners, customers, vendors and partners.
