Job summary

Teufel Landscape is seeking a Production Manager to lead our commercial landscaping team from our Kent, WA location. This full-time, Monday–Friday role focuses on supervising maintenance crews, coordinating irrigation and equipment, and driving safety and quality standards on-site.

Responsibilities include training field leads, coordinating schedules with Operations, and collaborating across departments to meet seasonal deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Commercial landscape maintenance experience required.
• Grounds management experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Pesticide applicator license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train maintenance field crew leads and crews.
• Monitor irrigation controllers and repairs coordination.
• Oversee equipment needs and maintenance schedules with Operations Manager.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Drive company vehicles and manage schedules with other managers.
• Coordinate with departments and personnel; support seasonal work needs.
• Support snow removal and meet seasonal deadlines.
