Job summary

Teufel Landscape in Kent, WA is hiring a Production Manager for our commercial landscaping team. This full-time role manages field crews, oversees maintenance operations, and drives safety, quality, and on-time project delivery.

You will coordinate irrigation, equipment, scheduling, and client relations, while maintaining compliance with company policies and standards. Local travel and winter snow responsibilities are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Commercial Landscape Maintenance experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Commercial Grounds Management.
• Must have valid Driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
• Pesticide applicators license, or the ability to obtain one preferred.
• Must have good communication skills and ability to motivate others.
• Must comply with Teufel Landscape’s policies and procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a routine basis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train maintenance crews on landscape maintenance services.
• Monitor irrigation controller and coordinate repairs.
• Review equipment needs and maintenance schedules with Operations Manager.
• Ensure safe operation of all maintenance equipment and drive company vehicles.
• Coordinate scheduling and seasonal work with other managers.
• Support on-site client relations and identify enhancement opportunities.
