Greenhall Commercial Landscapes is seeking an Account Executive to win commercial landscape construction contracts in Omaha. You will report to the Branch Manager, Landscape Construction, and drive growth by connecting with decision-makers and presenting tailored solutions.

You are a proven closer with 3+ years of B2B sales experience in services, a business or marketing degree, and a passion for the natural world.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B commercial contract sales experience in the service industry (landscape experience preferred).
• Must possess a bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or a related field.
• Strong ability to identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities with strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts for commercial landscape construction services in the Omaha market.
• Identify and maintain a targeted list of strategic customers and properties.
• Establish outreach strategies and a consistent cadence for connecting with key decision-makers at target accounts.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers by uncovering pain points and proposing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with branch teams to ensure smooth handoff of new sales and a positive onboarding experience.
