Job summary

Ascape Landscape & Construction is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance clients and drive long-term customer success.

You’ll be the primary contact for property managers, HOAs, and commercial clients, ensuring exceptional service and identifying growth opportunities. Competitive base salary with commission potential, plus benefits and retirement matching.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, client service, property management, landscaping, or a related service industry.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.
• Comfortable walking properties and discussing site conditions with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial landscape accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication.
• Conduct regular property visits and site audits.
• Identify and sell enhancement opportunities, plant replacements, seasonal color, drainage improvements, and more.
• Support contract renewals and help maintain high client retention.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure service quality and follow-through.
• Help uncover referrals and adjacent-property opportunities.
