Total Mechanical Service is an integrity-driven company providing HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial kitchen equipment service across multiple states. We seek skilled technicians to diagnose and repair ovens, fryers, steamers, walk-ins, ice machines, and related equipment at customer sites.

On-site visits, preventative maintenance, and on-call support are core to this role. Competitive hourly wages with sign-on bonus, company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits are offered to qualified

Qualifications

• Experience servicing cooking, refrigeration, or HVAC equipment often or in related roles.
• Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills are required.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members is essential.
• Background check and drug screen must be completed successfully.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment.
• Provide preventive maintenance inspections at customer sites.
• Respond to emergency service calls and complete service calls promptly.
• Maintain professionalism with customers, managers, dispatchers, and sales staff.
• Participate in on-call rotation schedule as needed.
• Identify new customers and opportunities within existing accounts.
• Maintain service vehicle and keep parts inventory organized.
• Complete required paperwork and order parts as needed.
• Attend training sessions to stay current with equipment.
