Job summary

Whaley Foodservice, LLC seeks skilled service technicians to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and HVAC. A company vehicle and cell phone are provided, along with uniforms and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial cooking equipment, refrigeration, or HVAC.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, or HVAC equipment.
• Provide repair status updates to customers and branches.
• Communicate parts orders with the branch.
• Complete service calls accurately and on time.
• Audit truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms; follow safety standards.
• Meet on-call requirements.
