A leading company in commercial kitchen services is seeking experienced technicians to join their team in Pennsylvania. The role involves servicing commercial kitchen equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working on an on-call basis. Candidates should have at least 2 years of related experience and a strong knowledge of mechanical systems. This full-time position offers competitive pay and excellent benefits, including health insurance and paid training.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment or in a related industry.
• Driving record must align with our safety standards.
• CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus!
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Completion of a Successful background check and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues.
• Report all service activities accurately after every call.
• Provide an excellent customer experience.
• Ability to work on-call schedule, including overtime pay.
• Operate company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment.

Multiple Locations Across Pennsylvania Full-Time

K&D Factory Service has been servicing the Keystone State since 1945. K&D specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our technicians are servicing the Pennsylvania area out of 7 branches in Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, and Scranton. We are seeking Technicians with 2+ years of industry or related experience to join our team!

What You'll Do:

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and all other problems on commercial equipment
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call
• Provide an excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team members
• Ability to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay)
• Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines
