Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment or in a related industry.
• CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus.
• Completion of a Successful background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues.
• Report all service activities accurately after every call.
• Provide an excellent customer experience.
