Tech24 in West Palm Beach is seeking a Hot & Cold Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen and refrigeration systems. You will deliver high-quality service while representing the company professionally.

The role requires 3+ years of repair experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams. We offer weekly pay, a company vehicle, uniforms, a gas card, and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial foodservice and/or refrigeration repair experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs. and work in varying indoor/outdoor conditions.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
• EPA Universal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking equipment (ovens, fryers, steamers, griddles, warmers).
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair commercial refrigeration systems (walk-ins, reach-ins, prep tables, ice machines).
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure safe, efficient equipment operations.
• Document service calls, parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions.
• Communicate repair status, recommendations, and timelines to customers.
• Manage truck inventory to ensure proper parts and tools are stocked.
• Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Represent the company with professionalism while delivering high-quality customer service.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing technical training and professional development opportunities.
