Job summary

Tech24 is seeking a Hot & Cold Technician in Front Royal, VA to troubleshoot, maintain and repair commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment. You will drive a company vehicle to client sites, work independently, and deliver exceptional customer service while solving problems quickly and efficiently.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, EPA certification preferred, and willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
EPA Universal certification preferred.
Willingness to travel region.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Excellent customer service skills.
Dependable and able to work independently.
Proficient with standard computer skills.
Own industry-standard hand tools.
Able to work some nights, weekends and holidays for on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoots and repairs commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment.
Inspects equipment to ensure safe operation.
Communicates with customers and staff regarding status of repairs and scheduling.
Completes service tickets per procedures.
Tracks truck stock to ensure needed parts are stocked on vehicle.
Maintains service vehicle, tools, and uniforms to Tech24 standards.
Sets a positive example for less experienced technicians and acts as a company advocate.
Follows all company policies and safety procedures.
