Job summary

General Parts Group is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment across restaurant locations. You will travel in a company vehicle, ensuring prompt, reliable service with minimal downtime and clear communication to staff and management.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of relevant experience, EPA refrigeration certification, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with Outlook and iPad usage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of commercial kitchen, refrigeration, or HVAC experience preferred.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen.
• EPA Certification Required for Refrigeration Techs
• Valid Driver’s License and Driving Record that meets safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and iPad use.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment including hot-side appliances, refrigeration units and light HVAC.
• Travel to restaurant locations and operate a company vehicle safely.
• Provide exceptional customer support and clear communication with kitchen and management staff.
• Minimize downtime for restaurant operations.
