Whaley Foodservice, LLC, one of the largest commercial kitchen equipment repair services in the Southeast, is hiring a Service Technician II in Lexington, KY. The role provides maintenance, service, and repair for grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, and reach-ins across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and/or refrigeration.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid Driver's license with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration.
• Communicates status updates for part orders and repairs with branch support and customers.
• Completes service calls accurately and timely.
• Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
• Ensures service vehicle, tools, and uniforms meet safety standards.
• Meets on-call requirements.
