PT Holdings is seeking an experienced Service Technician for Commercial Kitchen Equipment in Sioux Falls, SD. You will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain a wide range of commercial foodservice equipment, servicing restaurants, schools, healthcare facilities, hotels and other institutions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience repairing commercial kitchen or foodservice equipment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of gas, electrical, refrigeration, or plumbing systems is a plus
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage a service schedule
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Industry certifications are a plus, but we’re willing to invest in the right technician.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain a wide range of commercial foodservice equipment
• Work with restaurants, schools, healthcare facilities, hotels, and institutions to keep kitchens operating safely and efficiently
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, gas, refrigeration, and plumbing-related issues
• Repair and maintain ovens, fryers, griddles, steamers, ranges, dishwashers, refrigeration equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and service calls accurately
• Communicate with customers regarding problems and recommended repairs
• Maintain accurate service records and follow safety procedures
