Qualifications

• Experience repairing commercial kitchen or foodservice equipment.
• Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of gas, electrical, refrigeration, or plumbing systems is a plus.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain a wide range of commercial foodservice equipment.
• Work with restaurants, schools, healthcare facilities, hotels and other commercial customers.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, gas, refrigeration, and plumbing issues.
• Repair and service ovens, fryers, griddles, steamers, ranges, dishwashers, refrigeration equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service calls accurately.
• Communicate with customers regarding problems and repairs.
• Maintain service records and adhere to safety procedures.
