BCES Global is hiring experienced Commercial Electricians to support commercial electrical construction projects. This role requires building projects with a skilled field team, mentoring apprentices, and delivering high-quality installations safely and efficiently.

Ideal candidates will hold an active Maryland Journeyman Electrician License (or equivalent) and have 5+ years of commercial electrical construction experience, with strong NEC knowledge and blueprint-reading skills.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent Journeyman License from a reciprocating state.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEC requirements and commercial construction safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and project docs.
• Experience mentoring apprentices and working as part of a field crew.

Responsabilités

• Perform commercial electrical installations, renovations, tenant fit-outs, and upgrades on active projects.
• Install conduit, switchgear, panelboards, lighting, power distribution.
• Read blueprints and project documents to guide installations.
• Collaborate with foremen, project managers, apprentices, and field crews to complete projects safely.
• Mentor and train apprentices while supporting crew productivity.
• Track materials and tools on site; promote a safe work environment.

WHAT WE NEED

Bopat Electric is hiring experienced Commercial Electricians to support commercial electrical construction projects.

This position is ideal for an experienced Commercial Electrician with commercial construction experience who enjoys building projects, working as part of a skilled field team, mentoring apprentices, and delivering high-quality electrical installations safely and efficiently.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Perform commercial electrical installations, renovations, tenant fit-outs, and electrical upgrades on active construction projects
• Install conduit, feeders, switchgear, panelboards, lighting, power distribution, motor controls, and other commercial electrical systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Work closely with foremen, project managers, apprentices, and field crews to complete commercial construction projects safely and efficiently
• Mentor and train apprentices while supporting crew productivity and development
• Track materials, tools, and job site resources as needed
• Promote a safe work environment and represent the company professionally on all job sites

WHAT YOU BRING

• Active Maryland Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent Journeyman License from a reciprocating state
• 5+ years of commercial electrical construction experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, including conduit, switchgear, panelboards, power distribution, lighting, motor controls, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, specifications, and one-line diagrams
• Strong understanding of NEC requirements, commercial construction practices, and job site safety standards
• Experience mentoring apprentices and working effectively as part of a field crew
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Valid driver's license

Compensation ranges may vary based on individual experience. Final offers may differ from the posted range depending on a candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and the specific role offered. This role includes overtime and double time eligibility in addition to the base rate.

$30 - $45 USD
