Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial joinery estimating.
• Hands-on experience using Innergy ERP.
• Experience with take-offs and cost estimation.
• Experience preparing tender submissions.
• Ability to interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Familiarity with ERP-based workflows.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines.
• Good organisational and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for commercial joinery.
• Review drawings, specs, schedules, and tender docs.
• Identify scope, exclusions, assumptions, and discrepancies.
• Source supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Compare pricing and incorporate costs into estimates.
