Solid Rock Recruiting, in partnership with a commercial carpentry contractor, is seeking a Commercial Carpentry Estimator to join its Estimating and Sales Team. The role focuses on developing detailed and accurate estimates, preparing complete bid deliverables, and supporting customers throughout the post-bid process.

The ideal candidate will review project plans, perform takeoffs, obtain pricing from vendors, and coordinate with management to ensure timely submissions and strong customer

Formación

• One to four years of experience with OST/Quik Bid, Buzz Bid, or similar estimating software.
• General contractor estimating experience.
• Construction or carpentry field experience preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Review bids for completeness and accuracy and ensure on-time submission.
• Develop detailed takeoffs and estimates using project plans and RFPs.
• Obtain pricing from materials and subcontractors and verify quotes.
• Incorporate direct costs, indirect costs, and overhead into estimates.
• Support post-bid processes and respond to customer inquiries.
