Job summary

Contract Design in Spokane is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to coordinate commercial furniture and interior projects from handoff through delivery, installation, and closeout. You will work with Account Managers, Project Designers, Project Coordinators, manufacturers, warehouse personnel, and installation teams to keep projects on schedule, resolve issues, and communicate status.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, commercial interiors, contract furniture, construction, architecture, interior design, or a related industry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach to identifying issues and developing solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Experience in commercial furniture or commercial interiors is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution from handoff through installation and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and priorities.
• Coordinate activities between Sales, Design, Project Coordination, manufacturers, warehouse, and installation teams.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks, delays, and issues.
• Coordinate order timing and monitor manufacturer lead times and project impacts.
• Coordinate logistics, delivery requirements, site readiness, and installation schedules.
• Help resolve issues involving product availability, delivery, installation, and project execution.
• Maintain clear communication regarding project status, responsibilities, and next steps.
• Track outstanding items and coordinate punch‑list completion.
• Ensure projects continue moving toward successful completion.
