  • Analyze sales, profitability, market share, product and pricing performance, service retention, uptime, warranty, customer behavior, and growth trends across brands, channels, segments, and product categories.
  • Monitor competitive aftermarket developments, customer behavior shifts, and market-share opportunities, and translate findings into clear commercial implications.
  • Develop forecasts, scenarios, and performance models that support planning and investment decisions.
Sales, Dealer, Fleet, and Customer Intelligence
  • Analyze dealer and fleet purchasing behavior, parts consumption, customer retention, whitespace, and account-level opportunity.
  • Support data-driven dealer business plans, territory strategies, customer segmentation, account targeting, opportunity prioritization, and performance tracking.
  • Identify actionable opportunities that improve customer engagement, retention, conquest, and revenue growth.
Executive Decision Support and Storytelling
  • Partner with business leaders to translate strategic questions into clearly defined analytical problems, metrics, and recommendations.
  • Build business cases and executive-ready scorecards for business reviews, annual planning, growth initiatives, and investment decisions.
  • Communicate findings in clear business language, recommend actions, and measure whether actions deliver the intended outcome.
Digital Transformation, Automation, and Advanced Analytics
  • Measure ecommerce adoption, conversion, customer journeys, digital engagement, and the business impact of digital aftermarket solutions.
  • Automate recurring reporting and identify opportunities to improve workflows, decision speed, and analytical scalability.
  • Support predictive analytics and responsible AI use cases related to demand, customer behavior, churn risk, opportunity identification, and commercial planning.
Data Management, Governance, and Integration
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, semantic models, and reusable analytical datasets.
  • Support standardized KPI definitions, reporting structures, data-quality controls, documentation, and trusted data products.
  • Partner with DTO, D&IT, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders to improve data accessibility, architecture, system integration, and reporting scalability across ERP, CRM, dealer, fleet, telematics, and data-warehouse environments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Product, Digital, Services, Uptime, Warranty, Operations, Finance, DTO, and D&IT stakeholders.
  • Balance multiple analytical priorities, surface risks and dependencies early, and contribute to a collaborative, data-driven culture
  • Apply structured continuous-improvement methods to map end-to-end workflows, identify waste and performance gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, establish standards, and track whether countermeasures deliver sustainable customer and business outcomes.
Who are you?

You are commercially curious, customer focused, and comfortable moving between detailed data and executive-level communication. You challenge assumptions constructively, simplify complexity, and connect analysis to decisions and measurable outcomes.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, sales analytics, market intelligence, or a related role.
  • Experience developing decision-support dashboards and data models using Power BI or a comparable platform.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel, including business or financial modeling.
  • Experience defining metrics, analyzing multi-source data, and communicating recommendations to business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and project-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in aftermarket parts, service operations, dealer networks, fleets, truck, automotive, heavy equipment, transportation, manufacturing, or another industrial environment.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, dealer or fleet management systems, telematics, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Snowflake, Salesforce, or cloud-based analytics platforms.
  • Experience with reporting automation, workflow improvement, customer segmentation, retention analytics, predictive methods, or AI-enabled analytics.
  • Experience using DAX, Python, R, Power Automate, or comparable analytical and automation tools.
  • Experience applying a structured continuous-improvement or operational-excellence framework, such as Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Toyota Production System, Kaizen, PDCA, DMAIC, or a comparable enterprise performance system. Experience with process mapping, value-stream analysis, root-cause analysis, standard work, visual performance management, and measurable improvement initiatives is preferred.
Key Success Measures
  • Actionable insights adopted in commercial plans, account strategies, and leadership decisions.
  • Measurable improvement in sales opportunity visibility, customer and dealer performance understanding, and forecast quality.
  • Reduced manual reporting effort and improved speed, scalability, and accessibility of decision support.
  • Improved consistency and trust in KPIs, reporting, and analytical datasets.
