Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Property & Casualty License must be maintained; continuing education required.
• Ability to communicate information clearly with clients and team members.
• Dependable, consistent and timely work ethic.
• Ability to make decisions independently and solicit input when needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Complete Advanced TotalCSR within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Quote and sell commercial lines accounts; answer questions and process changes.
• Coordinate workflow with the manager to ensure smooth quotes and bindings.
• Maintain accurate customer information and records.
• Understand products, underwriting requirements, binding authority, and CRM.
• Prepare proposals and present quotes to insureds in an organized format.
• Develop existing accounts through cross-selling and additional lines of coverage.
• Represent the agency professionally to promote its reputation.
