You’ll guide clients through their insurance needs, develop lasting relationships, and grow revenue with BCH’s support and resources. You’ll prospect new business, close opportunities, collaborate with decision-makers, and stay informed on policy options and market trends to provide tailored risk management solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales in the insurance industry.
• Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License or General Lines Life, Accident, Health.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prospect and manage a pipeline of potential clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with mid-size businesses, advising on commercial insurance options.
• Prospect, solicit, and close new business while retaining existing clients.
• Collaborate with decision-makers to tailor coverage.
• Use sales tools to identify and develop prospects into revenue relationships.
• Create and manage a sales pipeline aligned with ideal client profiles.
• Attend meetings to stay aligned with team goals and company strategy.
• Provide high-level customer service and risk management guidance.
• Stay current on policy options, limits, and industry trends.
