• Resolve deficiencies using standard procedures or by returning incomplete documents to appropriate staff.
• Maintain data entry by following data program techniques.
• Issue termination letters for non-payment and mail renewal policies.
• Assist bookkeeping with agency billing and direct bill items.
• Other duties as required by management.
