CalRose Insurance in Everett, WA is recruiting a Commercial Insurance Producer. This role offers a hybrid setup for local candidates or remote options for experienced producers, with a base salary plus uncapped commission.

You will prospect, build relationships with business owners, and tailor insurance solutions to clients. Ideal candidates hold an active WA P&C license and have 2+ years of commercial insurance sales experience.

Qualifications

• Active Washington P&C license.
• 2+ years commercial insurance sales experience.
• Existing network or book of business is a plus.
• Sales experience strongly preferred.
• Business-to-business sales background and network is a plus.
• Licensing assistance available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Constantly Prospect and develop new commercial quote opportunities.
• Build relationships with business owners, networking groups, chambers of commerce, associations and centers of interest throughout Washington.
• Meet with business owners to understand their operations and risks.
• Gather underwriting information and design insurance solutions for prospects.
• Develop referral relationships with associations, accountants, lawyers, bankers, and other professionals.
• Work closely with our service team and carrier partners to deliver exceptional client experiences.
