The Misch Group in Washington state is seeking a Commercial Lines Producer to drive new business growth within our independent agency. You will own client relationships, develop tailored insurance solutions, and build a scalable sales plan.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in an insurance brokerage with proven track record of sales success with an active Property & Casualty license(s)
• Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance
• Highly motivated, goal oriented, hungry and driven to achieve individual sales goals.
• Superior communication, negotiation, presentation, organization and listening skills
• Strong customer focus and follow up skills
• Growth mindset is a must
