Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in California, Arizona, or Oregon is required before start date.
• Willingness to obtain P&C licenses in all three states; licensing fees reimbursed after 90 days.
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to recommend the right insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive follow-ups.
