Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CSRs to support policy changes, renewals, and remarketing.
• Support client renewals and participate in cross-sell opportunities.
• Leverage access to carriers (AO, Travelers, Liberty, Utica, Nationwide, Acuity, etc.) to meet client needs.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 (Year 1), with a step-down structure in subsequent years.
• Commission Split: 40/30.

Responsibilities
