The Misch Group is seeking a Commercial Lines Producer in Washington state. This role focuses on new business growth within an independent agency, driving a scalable sales plan and owning client relationships with underwriters. A P&C license and 3+ years of insurance brokerage sales are required.

You will travel to meet clients, craft targeted outreach, and leverage market knowledge to close deals while aligning with our values and growth-oriented culture.

• 3+ years of sales experience in an insurance brokerage with an active P&C license.
• Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance.
• Highly motivated with a track record of meeting sales goals.

Locations: Washington state

Comp: DOE, $60k – 150k+ including base and commissions

We are currently looking for a Commercial Lines Producer with an entrepreneurial vision to drive new business growth as we expand our commercial division. This offers you a unique opportunity to build a book of business within an independent agency as you pursue your niche commercial line with the industries and clients you know best. Key Responsibilities

• Meet new business activity and quality appointment goals through networking, various industry events and prospecting.
• Be willing and able to travel to visit clients throughout the year.
• Research prospects and create customized messaging for prospects.
• Think like a business owner to use an entrepreneurial mindset to build a scalable sales business plan.
• Develop solid relationships with clients, team and underwriters.
• Innovate for clients using market knowledge and advanced understanding of the industry.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 3+ years of sales experience in an insurance brokerage with proven track record of sales success with an active Property & Casualty insurance license(s)
• Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance
• Highly motivated, goal oriented, hungry and driven to achieve individual sales goals.
• Superior communication, negotiation, presentation, organization and listening skills
• Strong customer focus and follow up skills
• Growth mindset is a must.
